VMware has expanded the support offerings for the ThinApp and Thinstall branded version of the product. We now offer Gold and Platinum support.
Thinstall 2.x, 3.x and VMware ThinApp support has moved to VMware Support team. Please file your requests for all versions either ThinApp or Thinstall via the VMware support portal or by contacting us directly:
Existing Thinstall customers
You will receive complimentary Gold support for the remainder of your support contract.
You should have received an email with order fullfillment details containing your VMware Serial numbers for support entitlement.
