Description
Thinstall has an immediate need Vice President of Engineering with strong background Windows knowedge
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage world-wide engineering team
- Help attract and hire additional engineering team members
- Research and implement new tools and technologies to increase efficiencies
- Oversee deployment release cycles
- Manage QA and testing department
- Work with executive team to prioritize development schedules
- Manage integration efforts with large account customers and industry partners
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience leading and managing Windows-based software development teams
- Experience with Windows development environments, tools, and technologies
- Previously responsible for shipping a large Win32 based applications
- Ability to recruit and retain engineering talent
