Inside Sales Rep

Primary Responsibilities

  • Qualify, follow-up with, and engage sales prospects and leads
  • Take inbound and make outbound cold, warm calls
  • Manage product evaluations for customers
  • Assess opportunities and shepherd them through the sales cycle
  • Maintain in our CRM system
  • Upsell current customer base
  • Work with marketing to provide feedback on messaging, product features
  • Work with technical support as a liason for pre-sales technical questions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of sales, relevant business experience, or software development
  • Excellent communicator, likes to talk to anyone
  • Detail oriented and organized
  • Can work from our office in San Francisco
  • Multilingual a plus
