Primary Responsibilities
- Qualify, follow-up with, and engage sales prospects and leads
- Take inbound and make outbound cold, warm calls
- Manage product evaluations for customers
- Assess opportunities and shepherd them through the sales cycle
- Maintain in our CRM system
- Upsell current customer base
- Work with marketing to provide feedback on messaging, product features
- Work with technical support as a liason for pre-sales technical questions
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of sales, relevant business experience, or software development
- Excellent communicator, likes to talk to anyone
- Detail oriented and organized
- Can work from our office in San Francisco
- Multilingual a plus
